Governor Gregoire Announces Appointments to Tacoma Narrows Bridge Citizens Advisory Committee

OLYMPIA � Governor Chris Gregoire today announced appointments to the new Tacoma Narrows Bridge Citizens Advisory Committee.

The Tacoma Narrows Bridge Citizens Advisory Committee was created to serve in an advisory capacity and provide recommendations to the Washington State Transportation Commission on matters relating to tolls, specifically, in setting toll rates.

Caroline A. Belleci of University Place is an accounting and contract manager for Wade Perrow Construction, LLC. She is a previous member of the Chambers Creek Master Site Committee and the University Place Planning Commission.

Ted Hilliard of Bremerton is the principal of Nashoba Corporation. He has worked with the California Director of Parks and Recreation.

Tracey Hopkins of Gig Harbor is the vice president of the Bremerton Home Instead Senior Care facility.

Sonja Morgan of Lakebay works for The Nonprofit Center and is a volunteer for Communities in Schools of Peninsula.

James A. Pasin of Gig Harbor is a local business owner and a former Gig Harbor city councilman.

James Ray of Lakewood is a retired executive employee of IBM and in 1999 was vice president for Washington United Way. He was chairman of Spokane United Way and Spokane Public Facilities.

Robert M. Ryan of Tacoma is currently president and managing shareholder of Gilligan, Ryan, Jorgenson & Co., P.S. He is a member of the Washington Society and American Institute, of Certified Public Accountants and for eight years acted as a scoutmaster for the Boy Scouts of America.

Lawrence Seratt of Port Orchard served for 16 years in the U.S. Navy prior to his current position at Network Appliance Inc.

S. Alan Weaver of Gig Harbor has recently semi-retired from the law firm Eisenhower & Carlson where he was head of the firm�s probate, estate planning and trust section. He currently serves the Chapel Hill Presbyterian Church as the Foundation Director.
