Governor Gregoire Signs Bill to Level Playing Field Between In-State and Out-of-State Wineries

OLYMPIA � Governor Chris Gregoire today signed into law 27 pieces of legislation. Among the measures was a bill that levels the playing field between in-state and out-of-state wineries who want to sell to Washington consumers.
