Salomon, Watson C. Squire, Eugene Semple, George E. Cole, Elisha P. Ferry, Alvan P. Flanders, Richard D. Gholson, Marshall F. Moore, Miles Moore, William A. Newell, William Pickering, Henry M. McGill, (Acting Territorial Governor), and Fayette McMullen.
