These records include ordinances (1989-2013) passed by various governing bodies in Franklin County and recorded by the Franklin County Auditor. 1989-1998 records include indexing information only. 1999-2011 records include indexing information and images of the original documents. The Franklin County Auditor transfers recently recorded documents monthly. For the best search results, search by government name or ordinance number, it is also possible to search by year. It was named after the American patriot, Benjamin Franklin. Formerly part of Whitman County, it is situated in the southeast part of the state. The county seat is Pasco. All records are in English.
