| Introduction |
These records include Resolutions 60 through 576 enacted by the Roy City Council for meetings from December 12, 1926, through August 27, 2007. The first numbered resolution in this collection is resolution 60 from 1947. With the exception of two unnumbered resoltuions, all earlier resolutions are found in the minutes either in whole or as a brief description. Resolution numbers 81, 91, 92, 113 and 138 were used twice. Resolution numbers 62-66, 68-81, 86, 89, 93, 97, 99, 100, 103, 111, 113, 116, and 122-124 are found in the minutes. Numbers 153, 230, 344, 391, 482, 510, 539 and 540 were not used.
Resolutions are official or formal statements of determination, decision, or opinion passed by a council, commission, or board on matters before that body. The resolutions in this collection are indexed by date and by resolution number. The City of Roy is located in Pierce County. It incorporated January 16, 1908. All records are in English.
