These records include the Minutes of the Tolt Town Council meetings from January 11, 1913 through May 2nd 1951; the Carnation City Council meetings from June 5th, 1951 through December 12th, 2010. During the years between 1917 through 1951 the town was known both as the town of Tolt or Carnation. The official name adoption of Carnation occurred June 5th, 1951.
