| Introduction |
These records include the minutes of the Poulsbo City Council meetings from January 7, 1908 to December 12, 2007. The majority of the minutes from 1907 to 1922 are handwritten; some records are faded and difficult to read. For a few of the minutes, the day of the meeting is either difficult to make out because it is faded, or was not written in. These are indicated as 00. Minutes for April 16 and 22, 1941 have a newspaper publication clipping attached to the page, covering a portion of the record.
Minutes are the official record of the proceedings of the City Council. Minutes may include date, members present, summary of official reports from various departments, budget approvals, and other city business. The records in this collection are indexed by date. The City of Poulsbo is located in Kitsap County, Washington. It was established during the 1880s and incorporated in 1907. All records are in English. These records are open for research.
