The State Agencies' Action Plan identified specific salmon recovery activities planned for the 1999-2000 biennium. This Status Report summarizes the agencies' progress on the first year of the Action Plan.

The State Agencies' Action Plan, released in May 2000, defines the state's priority activities for short-term implementation of the Salmon Strategy this 1999-2001 biennium. The Action Plan does not include all ongoing state agency salmon-related activities. Its focus is new actions or modifications to existing activities this biennium that provide additional protection for salmon.
