Locke makes selections for the Fish and Wildlife Commission and other boards and commissions

OLYMPIA — Gov. Gary Locke today announced his appointments to the Fish and Wildlife Commission, a college board of trustees, and the Washington Technology Center Board of Directors.

Fish and Wildlife Commission

The commission oversees the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife, determines seasons for recreational fishing and hunting and sets fishing limits for commercial fishers.

Dawn M. Reynolds, of Pullman, is a private practice attorney focusing on family, estate planning and administrative law. She previously served as a project director for the College of Agriculture at the Washington State University.

She will be completing Russ Cahill's term, which expires Dec. 31, 2002. Russ Cahill will be completing Pat McMullen's term, which expires Dec. 31, 2000.

College Board of Trustees

The board of trustees is the governing body of the college.

Phillip A. Boshaw, of Duvall, was appointed to Lake Washington Technical College, Board of Trustees. Boshaw is the founder of PAC National. His term expires Sept. 30, 2004.

Washington Technology Center, Board of Directors

The board is the governing body of the Washington Technology Center.

Frank Armijo, of Pasco, is the business development director for Lockheed Martin Services Inc. He also serves on the Tri-Cities Economic Development Council. His term expires June 11, 2002.

James Lee, of Bellevue, is vice president and chief technical officer for NeoPath Inc. Prior to working for NeoPath Inc., he was a principal engineer for The Boeing Co. His term expires June 11, 2001.
