EXECUTIVE ORDER  75-01

It has come to my attention that there exists a vacancy on the Town Council of the Town of Bridgeport, Washington. It is necessary for the continued operation of essential governmental services in Bridgeport for the Governor to appoint two new members of the Town Council thereby constituting a quorum, who in turn will appoint the successors to the two remaining vacancies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Daniel J. Evans, Governor of the State of Washington, do by virtue of the power vested in me, appoint William Jenkins as a member of the Town Council of the Town of Bridgeport, Washington, to serve until he or his successor is elected at the next general election to the unexpired term to which he is appointed.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set
my hand and caused the seal of the State of
Washington to be affixed at Olympia this
13th day of January A.D., Nineteen hundred and seventy-five.

Daniel J. Evans
Governor of Washington
