Goals

Goal 1: Blueprint for integrated approach to early care and education and parent support that is family focused. Action Statement: The Commission will identify good, comprehensive program/models, create a Bill of Rights for children and define the needs of child care issues and work to promote solutions to these issues. Goal 2: Increase societal value and priority of early childhood care and learning through a public campaign. Action Statement: Define the message as it relates to the Commission's goals and develop a campaign consistent with this message to promote awareness and benefits of early learning in young children. Goal 3: Identify or Create and ongoing entity.
