Self Defense Reimbursement Claims
On the recommendation of the Division of Risk Management, payment is proposed under RCW 9A.16.110 for claims for reimbursement of legal costs and other expenses of criminal defendants acquitted on the basis of self-defense.
Wildlife Crop Damage Claims
