| SUBJECT: | Lowering of the Washington State and United States Flags |
At the direction of President Clinton, flags at all state agency
facilities should be lowered to half staff immediately in memory
of Vice-President Spiro T. Agnew. This is a statewide flag lowering.
Flags will remained lowered through Sunday evening.
