Locke appoints Personnel Appeals Board member

OLYMPIA — Gov. Gary Locke today announced a selection for the Personnel Appeals Board.

The board hears appeals related to personnel matters of state employees.

Gerald L. Morgen, of Everett, is an area representative for the Washington Federation of State Employees. His term begins May 10, 1999 and expires July 26, 2001. His annual salary is $68,807.
