Locke signs 32 bills into law

OLYMPIA - Gov. Gary Locke today took action on 32 bills (listed below), approving and signing them into law during afternoon bill-signing ceremonies at the capitol.

    Relating to overpayments of tax concerning leased equipment when a remedy to refund the overpayment no longer exists under the nonclaim statute
