Locke signs 22 bills into law

OLYMPIA – Gov. Gary Locke today took action on 22 bills (listed below), approving and signing them into law during a morning bill-signing ceremony at the capitol.

    Relating to collective bargaining for University of Washington employees who are enrolled in academic programs

    Relating to authorizing access to school meal programs and kitchen facilities
