PROCLAMATION BY THE GOVERNOR
TERMINATING STATE OF EMERGENCY

I, GARY LOCKE, Governor of the State of Washington, pursuant to RCW 43.06.210, do hereby terminate the following proclamations:

  1. Proclamation of December 29, 1996, that declared a state of emergency in Washington State for winter storm-related damages in Adams, Benton, Chelan, Clallam, Clark, Columbia, Douglas, Ferry, Franklin, Garfield, Grant, Island, King, Kitsap, Klickitat, Lincoln, Mason, Okanogan, Pacific, Pend Oreille, Pierce, San Juan, Skagit, Snohomish, Spokane, Stevens, Thurston, Wahkiakum, Walla Walla, Whatcom, and Whitman Counties.
  2. Proclamation of March 19, 1997, that declared a state of emergency in Washington State for flood damages in Clallam, Grays Harbor, Jefferson, Kitsap, Lewis, Mason, Pacific, Skagit, Snohomish, and Thurston Counties.
  3. Proclamation of May 22, 1997, that declared a state of emergency in Washington State for flood damages in Pend Oreille County.
  4. Proclamation of May 29, 1998, that declared a state of emergency in Washington State for heavy rain and flood damages in Ferry, Okanogan, Pend Oreille, and Stevens Counties.
  5. Proclamation of June 11, 1998, that declared a state of emergency in Washington State for damages caused by landslide activity in the City of Kelso and Cowlitz County.
  6. Proclamation of June 28, 2000, that declared a state of emergency in Washington State for damages caused by wildfire on and around the Hanford Reservation for the City of Richland and Benton County.
  7. Proclamation of August 8, 2000, that declared a state of emergency in Washington State for wildland fire damages and suppression activities.
  8. Proclamation of August 15, 2001, that declared a state of emergency in Washington State for damages caused by wildfire activity in Chelan, Okanogan, Spokane, and Yakima Counties.
  9. Proclamation of August 11, 2003, that declared a state of emergency in Washington State for damages caused by a tanker truck fire on Interstate 5 in Snohomish County.
  10. Proclamation of February 6, 2004, that declared a state of emergency in Washington State for winter storm and ice damage in Clark and Skamania Counties.
