IN STATE GENERAL FUND ALLOTMENTS
AND SUPERSEDING EO 82-14
I, John Spellman, Governor of the state of Washington, do hereby declare that a financial emergency in the state General Fund exists because anticipated revenues are insufficient to meet anticipated expenditures for the remainder of this biennium.

Each affected agency shall reduce its expenditures from the state General Fund by 2.2 percent of the agency's total biennial state General Fund appropriations and shall submit revised allotment amendments no later than March 1, 1983.
The Director of the Office of Financial Management will issue the detailed instructions that are necessary to implement this order.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto
set my hand and caused the seal of the State
of Washington to be affixed at Olympia
