Gov. Gregoire issues report on her first 100 days in office

Gov. Christine Gregoire today issued a report summarizing her accomplishments in the first 100 days of her governorship. It highlights what she has done regarding the state budget, education, health care, government accountability and many other issues.

�In assuming my office, I vowed to change the culture of state government,� said Gregoire. �I have instructed my new cabinet to shed reliance on the status quo and take steps necessary to improve the responsiveness and accountability for state services that people need and want. I believe the first 100 days of my administration have set a positive foundation for the change and achievement I expect of state government.�
