Gov. Gregoire�s statement in memory of Yakama Tribal leader

OLYMPIA � Gov. Chris Gregoire today issued the following statement in memory of Moses Squeochs of the Yakama Nation:

"On behalf of the State of Washington, I would like to express my deepest sympathies to the Squeochs family and Yakama Nation for their recent loss. Moses was a dedicated tribal leader who was committed to the service of his community. It was my great pleasure to have previously appointed Moses to serve as a Board of Trustee member at Central Washington University from 2009-2010."
