OLYMPIA � Gov. Chris Gregoire today issued the following statement celebrating the opening of the new SGL Automotive Carbon Fibers plant in Moses Lake:

Facing an international competition, we worked incredibly hard to bring this partnership to Washington state and I couldn�t be happier to join in the grand-opening celebration.
