Gov. Gregoire�s statement on Seattle seawall replacement

Olympia � Gov. Chris Gregoire today issued the following statement regarding Seattle Mayor Mike McGinn�s proposed plan to fund the replacement of Seattle�s seawall:

�I congratulate the Mayor for his decision to seek early funding for the seawall portion of the Alaskan Way Viaduct project. I look forward to working with him and the City Council on this vital transportation effort.�
