EXECUTIVE ORDER 86-05

RESCINDING EXECUTIVE ORDER 83-09
GOVERNOR'S HAZARDOUS MATERIALS ADVISORY BOARD

WHEREAS, the major purpose of Executive Order 83-09 has been fulfilled and

WHEREAS, by letter I have designated a task force comprised of state agencies which will continue to develop and improve the state's hazardous materials incident preparedness and response program;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Booth Gardner, Governor of the state of Washington, do hereby rescind Executive Order 83-09 as it is no longer needed.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto
set my hand and caused the seal of the State
of Washington to be affixed at Olympia
this 5th day of September A.D., Nineteen hundred and eighty-six.
