For the past several days severe forest fires have been burning in Chelan County, causing substantial and irreparable damage to the forest resources of this state and endangering the lives and property of citizens in adjacent areas. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set
my hand and caused the seal of the State of
Washington to be affixed at Olympia this
27th day of July A.D., Nineteen hundred and seventy-six.

Daniel J. Evans
