Executive Bulletin

Directors of Department and Commissions:

Complying with Chapter 113, Laws of 1941, effective June 12, 1941, all offices under the governor will be open weekdays between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. Staffs will be arranged in such a manner as to keep the offices open during the noon hour. these hours will be in effect until Tuesday, September 2, 1941, when the weekday hours will be from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.

This summer schedule was arrived at after a survey to determine which hours would be most convenient to the public. This office will be pleased to consider exceptions which may be asked by any department.
