Figure out what's wrong with Puget Sound, then organize a community-led effort to fix it. That's the ambitious charge Gov. Chris Gregoire and the Legislature gave the Puget Sound Partnership.

The beauty of Puget Sound is deceptive. We face a considerable challenge and must act now to leave a legacy of a healthy Sound for future generations.

The Partnership recently conducted a series of public discussions throughout Puget Sound about the status of the Sound and threats to it. More meetings will be scheduled in the coming months.
