|Record Creator:||South Prairie Municipal Government, Town Council|
These records include Resolutions 2 to 286 enacted by the South Prairie Town Council for meetings from August 3, 1909, through March 6, 2007. The resolutions for the Town of South Prairie are primarily found within the minutes, from which documents these records have been taken. Between March 1909 and March 1969, the minutes were hand-written by the town clerk/treasurer. Some entries may be difficult to read, appearing faded in the digital image. Some of the resolutions have been mis-numbered and some not numbered at all, but appear in the minutes as a brief description. Unnumbered resolutions are designated by date.
Resolutions are official or formal statements of determination, decision, or opinion passed by a council, commission, or board on matters before that body. The resolutions in this collection are indexed by date and by resolution number.
