Agency History: | The Civil Service Commission is comprised of three persons appointed by the Mayor to six-year terms. Per Bonney Lake Municipal Code Chapter 2.24, the Civil Service Commission performs all the duties and obligations required and provided by the Laws of the State of Washington per RCW 41.12.040. These duties include, but are not limited to, establishing the City’s civil service roster, providing for civil service testing, and conducting hearings, investigations, and appeals, etc. per RCW 41.12 - Civil Service for City Police. |
