| Agency History: | The city of Airway Heights was incorporated in 1955 and is located in Eastern Washington, six miles west of Spokane, in Spokane County. Airway Heights operates under a Council-Manager form of government. Its citizens voted to approve the change from a Mayor-Council form of government in November 2000. |
