Quality Improvements 1997 to 2003 Banner

Governor Locke’s Executive Order requires state agencies to:

  • Improve the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the public services it provides.
  • Report the results of its quality improvement / employee involvement programs to the Governor on a quarterly basis.

From 1998 through 2002, agencies have reported quarterly on improvements made to the quality, service and efficiency of state government. The results were compiled into booklets now available in *.pdf format.

Agencies now report improvements to a Web-based application on which you can search by agency, county or subject. Go to: http://www-app5.wa.gov/qr/governortracking/govforresults.asp.
