EXECUTIVE ORDER  72-05

DESIGNATING ADDITIONAL DISTRICT
CLEARINGHOUSES UNDER THE INTERGOVERNMENTAL COOPERATION ACT OF 1968
AND OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET CIRCULAR A-95

WHEREAS, there have been worked out additional local organizational agreements between the Planning and Community Affairs Agency and regional local governmental units in regard to disseminating appropriate information and providing review procedures required under the Federal Intergovernmental Cooperation Act of 1968 and Office of Management and Budget Circular A-95,

It is therefore ordered that the following district clearinghouses are designated in their appropriate areas to provide the coordinative and informational role needed.

District 7: (Okanagan, Chelan, Douglas Counties) Douglas County Planning Commission, 110 Third Street N. E. , East Wenatchee, Washington 98801.

District 9: (Grant, Lincoln, Adams Counties) Grant, Lincoln, Adams Conference of Governments, County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington 98823.

Effective this date, the Planning and Community Affairs Agency will no longer act as the interim clearinghouse for Districts 7 and 9.

These designated district clearinghouses will be added to those established by Executive Order No. 70-08.
