Chapter 28A.47.830 RCW authorizes the State Board of Education
to prescribe rules and regulations governing the administration,
control, terms, conditions and disbursements of moneys to school
districts to assist them in providing school facilities. The Office
of the Superintendent of Public Instruction provides staff to
the State Board of Education for the administration of this program.
Capital Plan Highlights
Funds are provided for staff to administer the school construction
program and three regional coordinators strategically located
throughout the state.
