PROCLAMATION BY THE GOVERNOR
TERMINATING STATE OF EMERGENCY
I, GARY LOCKE, Governor of the state of Washington, pursuant to RCW 43.06.210, do hereby terminate the following proclamations:
- Proclamation of September 27, 2001, that declared a state of emergency in Washington State activating the National Guard and the Washington Military Department, Emergency Management Division to coordinate event-related assistance in the aftermath of terrorist attacks on the nation occurring on September 11, 2001.
- Proclamation of June 12, 2002, that declared a state of emergency in Washington State for damages to the transportation infrastructure in Cowlitz County due to the partial failure and collapse of the Swift Canal.
- Proclamation of February 12, 2003, that declared a state of emergency in Washington State for storm-related transportation damages in Cowlitz, King, Kittitas, Snohomish, Yakima, and Walla Walla Counties.
