Death Returns (1891-1907) provide name of deceased, age, sex, race, marital status, residence, occupation, birth date and birth place, parents' names and birth places, date and cause of death, and doctor's signature. Records of births and deaths after 1907 are held by the Washington State Department of Health, Center for Health Statistics.
