These records include Ordinances 1 through 2546 enacted by the Issaquah City Council for meetings from April 27, 1892, to December 15, 2008. A few early ordinances are unnumbered. Until 1970, ordinances and resolutions were numbered together sequentially, resulting in apparent gaps in numbering. Ordinances # 5 and # 12 are not used.
Ordinances passed by the city council are the laws which govern the city and are normally codified into a Municipal Code. Record includes ordinance number, type or legal details and date. The ordinances in this collection are indexed by date and by ordinance number.
