| Introduction |
These records include indexes of documents recorded with the Spokane County Auditor from 1973 to 2013. The miscellaneous recordings are records the county auditor has not categorized into an existing Digital Archives created series. The Spokane County Auditor transfers records periodically.
For the best search results, search by name of the grantor or grantee. It is also possible to search by year. Learn about the different types of auditors’ records in Washington and what could be included in those records by selecting the tab that says "About this Collection” here The Washington Territorial Legislature created Spokane County in 1858 from part of Walla Walla County. Five years later it was voted out of existence by the Territorial Legislature and merged into Stevens County. In 1879 it was recreated and it is located in the northeastern part of the state. All records are in English. These records are open for research. |
