| Introduction |
These records consist of the minutes from Roy City Council meetings from January 27, 1908, through December 15, 2006. Pages 53-54 of the bound minutes from 1909 and pages 105-106 & 109-110 from 1911 were missing when the records were digitized. Minutes from 2001 are also not part of this collection. Ordinances and other material that were interfiled with the minutes are also included.
Minutes are the official record of the proceedings of the city council members. Minutes may include date, council members present, summary of official reports from various departments, budget approvals, and other town business. The records in this collection are indexed by date. The City of Roy is located in Pierce County. It was incorporated on January 16, 1908. All records are in English. These records are open for research.
