These records include the minutes of the Medina Board of Adjustment meetings from October 17, 1955, through January 16, 2001.
The Board of Adjustment, also known for a time as the Board of Zoning Adjustment, reviews appeals from orders, recommendations, permits, decisions, or determinations made by a city official in the administration or enforcement of building and land use codes; applications for variances from the terms of the zoning ordinance, the official map ordinance or other land-use regulatory ordinances under procedures and conditions prescribed by city ordinance. Minutes may include date, board members present, appeals submitted to the board, and the decisions rendered by the board on individual appeals. The City of Medina is located in King County on the eastern shore of Lake Washington. It incorporated in 1955. All records are in English. These records are open for research.
