Introduction	These records include the minutes of the Planning Commission of the City of Medina for meetings from March 19, 1955, to December 20, 2006. There are gaps in the records of 1955 and Nov. 29, 1957; Nov. 22, 1977; March 25, 1980; March 2, 2004; Aug. 3, 2004 minutes are missing. Minutes are the official record of the proceedings of the commission. Minutes may include date, members present, summary of official reports from various departments, budget approvals, and other business. The records in this collection are indexed by date. The City of Medina is located in King County. It incorporated in 1955. The Planning Commission serves as an advisory agency to the City Council. All records are in English.
