| Introduction |
This title includes indexes and some images of land records recorded with the Spokane County Auditor from 1960 to present. These documents relate primarily to the business of real estate and land ownership. Images are not available for documents displaying confidential information. The Spokane County Auditor transfers records periodically.
For the best search results, search by name of the addition or the grantor or grantee, it is also possible to search by year. Learn about the different types of land records in Washington and what could be included in those records by selecting the tab that says "About this Collection” here Spokane County was created from Walla Walla County in 1858. Five years later it was voted out of existence and merged with Stevens County. In 1879 it was recreated. The county seat is Spokane. All records are in English. These records are open for research. |
