These records include indexes and some images of power of attorney recorded with the Spokane County Auditor between 1973 to present. Please note the current year may not be complete. Power of attorney is a written document in which one person (grantor) appoints another person (grantee) to act on his or her behalf. Images are not available for documents displaying confidential information. For the best search results, search by name of the grantor or grantee, it is also possible to search by year. Learn about the different types of auditors’ records in Washington and what could be included in those records by selecting the tab that says "About this Collection” here Spokane County was created from Walla Walla County in 1858. Five years later it was voted out of existence and merged with Stevens County. In 1879 it was recreated. The county seat is Spokane. All records are in English. These records are open for research. |
