These records include indexes of documents recorded with the Pierce County Auditor from 1984 to 2013. The miscellaneous recordings are records the county auditor has not categorized into an existing Digital Archives record series. The Pierce County Auditor transfers recently recorded documents monthly. Please note the current year may not be complete.
For the best search results, search by name of the grantor or grantee, it is also possible to search by year. Learn about the different types of auditors’ records in Washington and what could be included in those records by selecting the tab that says "About this Collection” here The Oregon Territorial Legislature created Pierce County in 1852. It is named in honor of President Franklin Pierce. All records are in English. These records are open for research. |
