These records include indexes and images of plats and surveys recorded with the Spokane County Auditor from 1890 to present. The Spokane County Auditor transfers records periodically.
For the best search results, search by name of the grantor or grantee, it is also possible to search by addition name or year. Learn about the different types of plat and survey records in Washington and what could be included in those records by selecting the tab that says "About this Collection” here Spokane County was created from Walla Walla County in 1858. Five years later it was voted out of existence and merged with Stevens County. In 1879 it was recreated. The county seat is Spokane. All records are in English. These records are open for research. |
