These records include indexes and some images to marriage returns (1896-1910), marriage certificates (1910-1947, 1993-2008), marriage applications (1993-2008) and community property agreements filed with the Yakima County Auditor from 1896 to 1947 and from 1993 to 2008. Yakima County government was organized in 1865 from Ferguson County, which is no longer in existence. The county seat is Yakima. All records are in English. These records are open for research.
