These records include indexes and some images (1999-2013) of power of attorney recorded with the Franklin County Auditor between 1989 and present. Please note the current year may not be complete. Power of attorney is a written document in which one person (grantor) appoints another person (grantee) to act on his or her behalf. Images are not available for documents displaying confidential information. For the best search results, search by name of the grantor or grantee, it is also possible to search by year. It was named after the American patriot, Benjamin Franklin. Formerly part of Whitman County, it is situated in the southeast part of the state. All records are in English.
