The Franklin County Auditor transfers recently recorded documents monthly.
The Washington Territorial Legislature created Franklin County on November 28, 1883. It was named after the American patriot, Benjamin Franklin. Formerly part of Whitman County, it is situated in the southeast part of the state and is bounded by the Columbia River on the west and the Snake River on the east. All records are in English. These records are open for research. |
