This title includes indexes and some images of land records recorded with the Franklin County Auditor from 1989 to present. These documents relate primarily to the business of real estate and land ownership. Images are not available for documents displaying confidential information. The Franklin County Auditor transfers recently recorded documents monthly. For the best search results, search by name of the grantor or grantee, it is also possible to search by addition or year. Learn about the different types of land records in Washington and what could be included in those records by selecting the tab that says "About this Collection” here The Washington Territorial Legislature created Franklin County on November 28, 1883. It was named after the American patriot, Benjamin Franklin. Formerly part of Whitman County, it is situated in the southeast part of the state. The county seat is Pasco. All records are in English. These records are open for research. |
