| Introduction |
These records include the audio recordings of the Spokane County Boundary Review Board for meetings from 2003-2011. The Washington State Boundary Review Board for Spokane County was established by the authority of Chapter 36.93 RCW in 1967. The Board was a quasi-judicial, administrative body empowered to make decisions on such issues as incorporation, annexation, mergers, disincorporations, etc., by cities, towns and special purpose districts. The Boundary Review Board was disbanded by the Spokane County Board of Commissioners in Resoultion No. 11-1122 effective on January 1, 2012 and held its final meeting on November 14, 2011. All recordings are in English. These recordings are open for research. |
