|Agency History:||Serving as a maintenence fueling station for the Great Norther Railway, the Town of Skykomish was incorporated in 1909. Though it is located in King County, the town is cut off from the rest of the county by the Cascade Mountains, and is more easily connected to Snohomish and Chelan Counties.|
