Agency History: | Connell is a small town in Franklin County located approximately 100 miles southwest of Spokane. Much of the old town was destroyed by a fire in the late 1890’s, and lost much of its business district to another fire in 1905. The city was officially incorporated in 1910, and adheres to a Mayor-Council form of government. |
